Now, we’re looking for a Founder’s Office—someone who thrives in high-ownership roles, loves problem-solving, and can drive execution across multiple business functions.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, gain hands-on exposure across departments, and play a pivotal role in shaping a fast-growing company.

1. Strategic Problem Solving & Execution

  • Work directly with the founder to identify bottlenecks and execute solutions.

  • Analyze market trends, operational inefficiencies, and business opportunities.

  • Manage high-priority projects across multiple departments.

2. Finance & Business Operations

  • Collaborate with CA/accounting firms for audits, compliance, and financial oversight.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Optimize internal processes and operational workflows.

  • Identify key financial levers to improve profitability.

3. Sales & Business Development

  • Support sales efforts, lead generation, and revenue expansion.

  • Develop and refine pitch strategies for prospective clients or partners.

  • Assist in crafting sales materials and performance tracking.

4. Hiring & Talent Strategy

  • Drive the hiring process by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

  • Build hiring frameworks and optimize the recruitment pipeline.

  • Work closely with leadership to shape company culture and team development.

5. Special Projects & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Take ownership of high-impact, strategic initiatives across teams.

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities for the company.

  • Work on fundraising, partnerships, and investor relations when needed.


What You’ll Need

✅ 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, strategy, or a high-growth startup.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset.
✅ Experience in finance, hiring, operations, or sales (multi-functional exposure is a big plus).
✅ Ability to execute autonomously and drive projects end-to-end.
✅ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, or CRM tools.
