What You’ll Do
1. Client Relationship Management & Strategy
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a seamless and high-value partnership.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to bring in new business.
- Track key client metrics, revenue trends, and performance indicators to drive business outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize value for both parties.
3. Project Management & Execution
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure client objectives are met.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth execution.
- Solve challenges proactively and ensure client projects run efficiently.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the branding, content, and strategy teams to align client expectations.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine our offerings and approach.
- Participate in strategic planning and innovation discussions to improve services.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in client management, sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Ability to drive results and manage multiple stakeholders across various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, financial planning, and business forecasting.
